If not, we publish the advertisement in the recruitment media used by Personalia24 and on our network.
Preselection
We check the detailed application documents, make structured interviews with interesting candidates. The selection process is carried out by an experienced consultant who is your sparring partner during the whole process.
Presentation
You receive a report of the candidatesrecommendedby us. You decide whom you would like to get to know, we coordinate the interviews and if requested we take part in the meeting.
