46 percent of the enterprises in Germany suffer from acute lack of professionals. These are six percent points more than at the beginning of the year 2015. Besides, every tenth personnel manager announces that it has become clearly difficult in comparison to the year before to find professionals. At every second enterprise the personnel gap already led to the fact that orders had to be rejected. This proves the study "Fachkräftemangel 2015"of the personnel service provider Manpower.

Currently so many immigrants come to Germany. The German economy sees in the influx of the refugees a chance for growth and prosperity, even though professionals become rare.
